August 12, 2007 : Lottery for IPO held in Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Center, Dhaka.
July 02-16, 2007 : Subscription for Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares of the Company held for issuance of 0.5 million shares for Tk. 112.50 million.
May 17, 2007 : Consent received from SEC for floating shares of the company for IPO.
